School Books

A rental system for textbooks is operated in this school. This does not include workbooks and specific notes needed for some subjects.

In order to maintain this very valuable service it is imperative that all books on loan are covered, cared for, not written on and returned in good order at the end of each school year.

Parents’ assistance in checking these books periodically is a valuable back up to maintaining this service.

An annual book rental fee is due to be paid in advance by parents each year. A book day is held every year at the end of the month of June to facilitate parents in collecting and paying for their child's books. Most books can be kept by the students for the entire junior or senior cycle programme, and then returned. Only some books need to be returned each year.
