Badminton
Badminton practice takes place in the school every week. We have approximately 40 players training each week. The school competes in the U19, U16, and U14 girls' county and national competitions every year.
The badminton students participate in the Drogheda competition and the Louth competition every year. If they are successful in both of these, they proceed to the Leinster competition and then onto the All-Ireland competition. Each year we also hold a friendly tournament in the school competing again local schools. The emphasis is on having a fun day for all the players with prizes and interaction with girls from the local community.
