Transition Year Photography Course

A new addition to the Transition Year Programme in the past few years has been a Photography Course which the girls really enjoy. The course runs over a number of weeks during which time they learn how to use their cameras to best effect and also what makes for a good photograph. The girls then go on to display their work in an exhibition. Last years group had a very successful exhibition in Scotch Hall and this years TY students exhibited in the Laurence Centre.

The Transition Year students held a Photography Exhibition in the Laurence Shopping Centre from the 4th-7th of March. All proceeds from the sale of their work went to The Irish Wheelchair Association and MS Ireland.
