Wellbeing Week

Wellbeing Week

January 2025, St. Kathleen's students led a series of activities as part of their SPHE CBA, promoting health and wellbeing across the school. Each day featured tutor-time activities and interactive posters to inspire positive choices.waiting content.

Highlights of the week included Emma Rose Flynn and Wannita McCabe sharing a wellbeing-themed poem, while Kate Harvey and Maisie Byrne promoted healthy eating with a homemade burger recipe. Elena Palombo, Grace Lily Clarke, Layla Morrison, and Maisie Flood led a calming meditation session, and Abbie Wogan, Aoife Donnelly, and Catherine Austin boosted self-esteem with mindfulness quotes.

The week concluded with Siún Doran, Anna Mullaney, and Meadbh Carolan hosting a Just Dance session to encourage fun and fitness. On Friday, Green Day brought the school together in support of Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland, creating a powerful end to a meaningful week.
